"What an amazing journey this has been for a first time homebuyer! Ok, so where do I start? Recently divorced and closing that book, I had to made a decision on what was next. Do I keep renting houses, throwing away so much money ? How do I start this next chapter of my life? I made the decision that I no longer wanted to be a renter. I worked very hard my whole life so far and I felt it was time to finally buy a home. HUGE step for me. VeteransLoans dot com, helped me achieve this life long dream. They committed to me, and never let me fall through this ENTIRE process. Not once. Ever. Was it exciting? Yes. Has it been a little stressful here and there? Yes, as it is with all home purchases I’ve come to understand. Richie, my senior Broker and his team of superstars, Olivia, Shelby and Matt never once left my side through this entire process. Being a first time home buyer, there’s a little bit of common knowledge and common sense throughout, and there is quite a bit I was completely ignorant to, and everyone on my team walked me through all the grey area and schooled me nearly every day making sure I understood everything involved in this process. Not only, was my team amazing at what they do, I have to say that the finance part with underwriting was not as scary as I thought it would be. What ever they needed, Richie, Shelby or Matt would contact me right away, explain exactly what I needed to get, or do, and stay by my side to do it. ABOVE AND BEYOND is severely understated when describing this team. As I sit here in the living room of my new home, (saying that is so surreal) writing this, I look back at what a handful I was. Nervous, anxious, and sometimes impatient. I had some difficult obstacles, and not one of them ever gave up on me. They took the wheel and pulled me through it all. This team handled me being a pain in the butt, like Saints, and again, never allowed me to fall and never left me behind.
